The V Workshop of the Graduate Program in Food Technology and I International Cycle of Lectures at the Rio Verde Campus of IF Goiano, took place from December 7 to 11, 2020, in this fifth edition the Workshop came with the proposal of internationalization of the program, and in this way, different from previous editions, the event was completely online, thus providing the participation of congressmen from different regions of Brazil, as well as countries such as Peru, Chile, Mexico, United States, Portugal, Spain and Germany .
